Interview
Phone interviews with human resources are taken first. The next step is a face to face interview with the hiring store manager. After that there is one more HR interview over the phone in which they will offer you the position if you are the incumbent. They will give you 24 hours to take your drug test.

Can be speedy. In person or over phone with multiple interviewers. Be prepared. Only 4-5 questions. Getting the offer takes the longest amount of time. Very structured interview process. Have an action plan and be able to answer questions in a structured manner being able to explain what to did and the result of it.

Interview
The interview process is thorough and extensive. The process begins with a phone screen from one of the recruiters. If the recruiter determines that you are a potential match your information is forwarded to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager is satisfied with your credentials and interview the next step is to meet with the District Manager for the final step. Verizon Wireless performs an extensive background check for all of its perspective candidates and all offers made by the company are contingent on a successful background check.
