Version 1 Software Engineer Java Developer interview questions

First you got a call from HR, after a technical interview. In this one they ask you about technologies you have used, or practices, in my case, questions about Java, Spring framework.. If this goes well, you do a third interview, to talk about your values and how you see thinks, like what are your motivations, what is important to you in your work, things like that. After this I got an offer, but I personally declined because was an average one, and also, in my past I had bad experience working in a consultancy IT. Important to try to negotiate your initial salary, in the first call I got with them, the dude really offered me a very low base salary, just because I'm spanish and I was looking for move to Ireland, yes, he tried to scam me.

After completing a cognitive assessment, I progressed to the next round, which consisted of two preliminary discussions, one with the recruiter and the other with the team leader. I outlined my experience in both calls, with the one with the team leader being more in-depth.
