they conducted 3 rounds
1) written test (online) pure technical . only java/.Net certified candidates or students from recognized training centers are allowed , they also asked to compile a program (even this is online).
2) as always technical interview (personal)
3) HR interview, where HR is so cute i say :)

Question 1
Nothing Unexpected / Difficult they will ask you only basics. One should have a basic knowledge about technology to work in real-time. Be prepared they can ask you to write a program. you should be a very good programmer to clear this interview
It was an on campus oppurtunity.
The team was least interested in taking the interview they were on call with someone else and kept asking me to repeat.
It significantly affects a fresher's confidence.
