Lots of interviews. I think 5 in total: HR phone screener, phone interview with dept head, phone interview with 2 product mgrs, fly in for 2 in-person interviews with 2 people in each interview. Took a couple of weeks. For the in-person interviews, a really nice hotel was provided, there was a welcome basket in the room and people couldn't have been nicer. It really was a warm welcome and they hadn't even offered me a job. Background check was run. No drug test.
