Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your current work experience and how does it integrate with this position?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WSP (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I interviewed first on-campus. This interview was more formal. Technical questions were asked and I was asked about specific courses I was enrolled in. For the second round of interviews, the company flew out a few people. There was a welcome dinner followed by all day interviews. Some of the in person interviews were less formal, more to get to know who you are as a person, while others were more formal by the senior team members.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WSP (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2024
Interview
A lot of technical questions but overall very nice and approachable. They mostly want to know about your personality and if you're a good fit for the office culture. I had two interviewers and they were all very nice and sweet, At the end they were honest about not wanting to hire me for the position which I appreciated as it allowed me to move to the next interview without feeling lost or waiting for them.

Question 1
Mostly talked about my school program. They asked me questions about my capstone project.
It was a good experience and it was an easy interview. They made it more like a discussion and went over my resume a little bit but more about what projects were involved
