You fist apply online then you receive an email stating whether or not you have been invited in for an interview. If so you choose an interview time. At the interview you meet your assessors and they assess you on a group task first. You then to a solo task and they collect points about each candidate. They then email you within a week.

Interview
It was a simple interview with basic interview questions about past experience and questions about myself as well as experience based questions. Manager seemed really keen on having me on and got a job offer a day later.
First their is a group interview doing a joint task, then after that there is a one on one interview with the manager/ line manager to ask you more personal questions
