Online application form with multiple choice questions. Group interview with around 15 other people of all different ages. Group presentation, and then individual interviews on the same day. Offered the job a few days later.
Good interview proccess well communicated the manager felt human as opposed to some robot interviewing me. Started with a simple phone call then in person interview where i went into the local shop.

Interview
Great. Very casual, spoke about training. Enjoyed the process. They asked about what days and times I could work, and any areas I would like to focus on and career progression.
Very tough questions at group interview station. Super friendly interviewer but intimidating group of people. Seems they favour people with higher educational backgrounds. Discontinued application at this stage in the process.
