You do a group stage interview and then you do a one to one interview - the group stage interview is ranking the order of importance of different situations that may happen in the store.
Interview process was quick and very informative.
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating.
I remember they asked me about where I’d like to work in the store, I hadn’t worked in a supermarket before so was very open and honest about that.
I was offered to work on the service counters on Meat and Fish and as unpleasant as that sounds, probably the best decision they made. Hours were good and a very hands on job!
Just be yourself and be honest, they love honesty.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Bath, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Easy, casual, one on one interview with a young store employee. I was in a small room with another interview right next to me but you hardly notice them once you get on with the process. They checked my passport and said I'd hear from them soon.
