Interviews are conducted in groups. They want to know that you can upsell. It helps if you can throw in a fun Disney fact too. They will ask you how you will help a customer (guest) and how you would provide them with a magical experience.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it
