I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WeTravel in Mar 2023
The interview process consisted of 7 different steps, including 2 technical challenges. The second technical challenge was poorly organised without a clear objective. Unfortunately, after spending more than 10 hours in the whole process and getting to the final round the company decided to not proceed because of the starting date, as they were looking for someone ASAP. Your hiring process has a significant flaw if you with know the starting date of the candidate from the first round and put them through a 7-step interview process only to drop the offer at the final stage due to the need for someone sooner. Furthermore, I kindly requested feedback at the end of the process which had no response. It's the least a company can do after putting a candidate through this.
- First round: "what's your available starting date?"

5 levels of the interview process too much pressure during a tech interview all the time interviewer was stopping me and giving his direction, rather than letting me finalize the task on my own way

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WeTravel (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
The first culture interview was really nice and motivated. The second interview with the Manager of the role was a bit annoying specially because her closed her camera after to present herself and didn't show any interest about the answers that I was providing and this attitude made me feel uncomfortable collaborating with a bad impact on my development during the interview. I didn't receive an offer but after this situation I felt glad for don't have another interview. My suggestion is don't frustrate the candidate that's trying an opportunity of a job in your company if you already has the correct candidate.
- Where do you live? Tell me more about your current position?

1- Introduction round ( get to know about you) 2- Technical rounds ( Technical skills ) 3- Technical Assignment ( Todo application, Cloud AWS, RDS, WAF, Terraform) 4- Technical Interview related to assignment and other technical question
- Cloud , RDS , Kubernetes autoscaling , CI/CD question. 1- As interviewer you should take 5 mins time to read the assignment requirements before involving in the interviewer related to assignment. In my case fulfilled all the requirements of assignment but during the interview they said why you didn't add this that etc, but if I add extra apart from assignment requirement then next question will be why you add this if we didn't not ask ? As per my experience if you need something extra please mention in requirement of assignment or mention it if you can do in better way please use other way to do it 2- Before starting interview: Interviewer also need to tell something about herself/himself, so that candidate have clear idea about he is sitting in front of whom

It took about 5 months from beginning to end. A lot of people seemed to be out of the office which made it take a lot longer. In the end, I was sent the option to review them which they accidentally sent me twice.

Series of 3 interviews, team is very nice with little to no drawbacks. They are very diverse and even offer outside training and great management. Interviewers ask standard questions, my friend interviewed as well. Although they did not receive an offer, they weren't mad about the process.
