I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WestRock (Hopewell, VA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Workkeys test, Nowlin test, and then a panel interview. I didn't get an offer, but the overall process wasn't painful. I would suggest learning some basic mechanics, decimals and fractions, and getting used to taking timed tests if you have test anxiety. With the workkeys test you should study some word math problems, English, and locating information on graphs both simple and complex. Basically both tests are timed, focusing in on math, English, basic mechanical concepts and locating information.
