I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was called on September 9th for an interview that never took place, for the Mount Washington Whole Foods. I ended up putting off friends and other work contacts to bone up for talking to Whole Foods, who had no intention of talking to me or even cancelling the interview date, when it came up on the morning of 9/11, when the TL was supposed to call between 10-11 am.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no questions, as the interviewer was a no show, and when I called to follow up, I was made to feel like I was making it up. I cried the entire afternoon and evening, it really hurt me a lot and was terribly embarrassing.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Interview
Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
