Interview
There are (usually) three stages to initial interviews (at least at the store I work at in Mountain Brook, AL). The first is with a supervisor and a cashier. If you pass that one, you will have an interview with the team leader (manager) or assistant team leader. After that one, they have pretty much decided to hire you, but there is still a third with one of the Store Team Leaders (managers). Depending on how busy the store is, you will have them either all in the same day, or spread out. They are all VERY laid-back and conversational, though.

Question 1
What is the worst experience I've had with a customer that I was NOT able to please.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
