I had an interview with 25 other people in the room and we got in groups to perform role plays for different scenarios. There was no time to show how fit you were for the job that you applied for, but you did get 2 minutes to talk about yourself..
Professional and not difficult. Was not nervous and even got a free drink. Glad I was offered an interview and went to apply even with not much experience. Hoping to become an order writer

I was hired internally. It was a relaxed atmosphere. They asked some common and uncommon interview questions. I didn't find any of them too difficult, but they also weren't your typical retail questions.

What would have to be true for this position to be a no brainer for you? If you were to leave us after 6 months, why?
The interview process was not stressful. They just want to know what you would do in certain situations. It was pretty easy to come up with a response to the scenarios.
