Personal, in-depth and quick. Difficult questions about my own personality and way of thinking, hardest achievements and proudest moments. Hadn’t prepared for the personal questions but answered honestly which seemed to work well!
basic chat at the table, not in-depth, manager didn't know much about kitchens. friendly but could have been more probing. little to assess sales ability. Although I had already presented a lot about that I guess

Normally go through a recruiter from wickes for a telephone interview Interview process was about 45 mins with branch manager. Very straight forward. Talk your experience and keep to the point Be positive and you will get the job
