Interview
Initial phone call with an internal lady and then a video interview with someone from America. Despite 4 emails I still haven’t had any communication with Workday, not even a rejection.
Multiple interviews with various stakeholders, an internal manager, a peer and a co-ordinator. Plus one overseas peer. Very thorough and professional.
Asked many questions about background, explained the role in details from different perspective and asked situational questions too.
