WorldStrides Operations Assistant interview questions

After submitting a cover letter and resume via email I got invited to a face-to-face interview. I got told after the interview that I would get a call the next Monday regardless. This call never happened. I've called them back the next day myself buy my interview partner wasn't in the office. The receptionist took my details again and promised that her colleague would call back. You guess it, this never happened either. It's such a shame. The first impression was really professional but after this, I was surprised that the hiring manager doesn't even have the guts to deliver a negative message.
