Gotta be ready to argue with the interviewer for the job. They like aggressiveness. The first recruiter was nice but the interviewer was not. He would not let me speak during the interview and talked down to me because i am a young lady. That's how I felt. Little to no respect for me.

Interview
The interview went fantastic the 1st part went really well even scheduled me for a second interview I was supposed to meet with the director of sales in the area, turns out that he was in the meeting so I met with the trainer of the area and talked with him for about 40 minutes or so waiting to see if the director would be done and he was still “working on a sale” so they told me we can reschedule you and wouldn’t you know it they just wasted my time for 2 weeks nothing but games, if you got a real estate license just go somewhere else they say things to make you really interested in the company and they just waste your time, don’t count on them trying to keep in contact with you I messaged them daily trying to figure out what was going on when am I going to get the second interview that took about 3 days to answer finally got my answer don’t waste your time with this company go somewhere else
