Pathetic selection process.
Long process.
No selection criteria for any position.
Same paper for all positions.
Paper level was easy (simple addition and substraction) then too they have disqualify all the candidates except 2-3.
When candidate asked for his checked sheet to know their miskates, they denied to show the papers.
For Hr position they have given the maths paper instead of hr related question.
Totally not recommended to go for the company
5 Rounds. MNC's even not take 5rounds in selection.
Started by filling a pre employment form. Total of five rounds were conducted.
First three were elimination rounds consisting of case study, mathematics, and comprehension.
Next was a BAQ-HR Subjective question set with supposedly no wrong answers. This was followed by the final interview.
The entire process took 7-8 hours with breaks in between.
