I applied online and got a call a couple days earlier. I was asked to come for a group interview but when I went there was just one other person than me. Online application goes through the HR of Zara, and she comes to personally interview you. Interview questions were about the company, personal/relatable experiences, and scenarios.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Moncton, NB) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was really easy. The interviewer asked basic questions about my experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also wanted to know if I was familiar with the brand and its products. The atmosphere was friendly, and the conversation felt natural. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience
It was a new store opening and I had an interview over the phone. Simple and to the point. Human resources was very understanding and nice. I never met them, but grateful for giving me the opportunity for this interview.
