They call be tree weeks after I give to them my cv. The interview was fast and easy and it was about one hour. The selection process took just one day.
At first the manager asked me to choose an outfit from the shopfloor to going out with my boyfriend.

Just normal questions like Would you like to have an career in Zara? For how long? How your past experience can help you for this position? And then just explained to me about the salary, hours, contract and holidays.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
