I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Culver City, CA)
Interview
About 50 people arrived for this group interview. Then the manager came out with another in-training manager. He had everyone follow him to a hallway where he lined us like we were going into the military then he began asking questions. This seemed very lazy on management to not break the group instead of just one large one. So from this already I didnt not like because illustrates alot on management.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
