"Companies rely on assistant superintendents to assist with and even manage many aspects of a project under the supervision of the lead superintendent. During the interview process, employers will be looking to test your leadership and judgement skills with questions about your personality, leadership philosophy, and how you might handle certain situations. Come prepared with examples of how you have fixed problems in the past in order to get great results on projects that you have led."
