With experience in professional life and with family members I know how much communication counts for customer satisfaction. This small company allows more direct attention to customers/clients and their needs. I would like to combine my varied experience to serve the client, the company and extended family members. Family are very involved with many of the clients and want to be relieved of the day to day care of the client. By providing excellent customer service to all parties the family members can increase their experience of enjoying their loved ones through outings, shared activities and helping the client stay involved in life beyond their own home or facility.

What are some things you don't like about your current job.

Nothing difficult. They didn't ask any unusual questions.

Questions are the standard behavioral questions such as "Tell me a time when you..." or "Please tell us how you would handle a situation where..." There are no deceptive questions. Do expect to be asked basic medical terminology.
