It was a face2face 1:1 interview, the Interviewer asked me questions for around 3 minutes, later asked if I knew SQL. I told him that I am aware but not in deep as SAP Business Objects administrator and platform support does not require much SQL. He told that he cannot proceed with the interview as SQL was their basic requirement and I was asked to leave.

Explain it how to tune the BO reports if it's taking longer time to execute than expected?

One algorithm question. They described an algorithm and asked me to code it. They expected (almost) working code, pseudo code was not acceptable.
