DevOps personnel work at the intersection of Development and Operations--building, deploying, and operating a variety of systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, validation and production environments.
- Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems.
- Work with Development and IT infrastructure teams to maintain and improve our continuous integration environment.
- Maintain, design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring of multiple environments.
- Automate and optimize processes.
Who You Are:
- Have a strong desire to learn and remain current on a wide range of development technologies.
- Are meticulous in your work and have a reputation for being thorough and detail oriented.
- Highly motivated and have a passion for process improvement.
- Have very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the Windows operating system.
- Have a basic understanding of programming/scripting.
Basic Qualifications:
- Thorough and detail oriented
- Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation
- Background in Windows operating systems
Knowledge of any of the following is not necessary but would be ideal:
- TeamCity, Visual Studio, MSBuild, Powershell, C#, DVCS, and SQL.
We provide one-on-one training with an experienced team member to walk new hires through our DevOps processes. Typically training consists of a series of projects which increase in complexity as the trainee becomes more familiar with the role. Tutorials and technical reading are also included in the training process.

Position works from our corporate headquarters, in Beavercreek, OH. Only local candidates will be considered.
