This is a mandatory in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

• Closing inbound and warm leads through high-level communication and objection handling.
• Building instant trust and rapport while guiding homeowners toward win-win real estate solutions.
• Owning the entire sales process — from first call to close.
• Showing up every day ready to compete, contribute, and crush your goals.
• Living and breathing personal growth, training, and accountability.
• Being part of a high-energy, no-BS team that wins together and celebrates hard.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST HAVE: At least 1 year of proven high-ticket closing experience.
• Top-tier closers — not tire-kickers. You know how to get to “yes.”
• No real estate experience required. We’ll train you to dominate this industry.
• Relentless mindset. You’re hungry, coachable, and addicted to leveling up.
• Strong communicator. You can influence, persuade, and close deals with confidence.
• High-energy and disciplined. You show up early, stay late, and never make excuses.
• Team player. You push others, and they push you — iron sharpens iron.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of high-ticket closing experience (mandatory).
• Mandatory In-Office Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no remote work).
• Proven background in sales, customer service, or any role requiring persuasion & influence.
• Must be coachable, competitive, and relentless in pursuit of personal excellence.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to showing up every single day ready to dominate.
• Must be willing to work some evenings/weekends — because winners don’t clock out early.
