I have been working at Prosync full-time (More than 3 years)
ProSync is employee owned which means at the end of the year, as long as everyone is doing their job well, there is a little extra waiting in your 401k.
The company has a very nice benefit package as well, with a nearly free HMO option. The leave is on par with the rest of the contractors out there.
The company added a fully vested Safe Harbor plan which puts money in your 401k whether or not you decide to contribute on your own.
ProSync has quarterly all hands meetings, as well as random events throughout the year to try and get everyone together to interface.
It's a small company so there are always nerves about what the future holds, but they seem intent on continuing to find more work to grow the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Prosync (Columbia, MD) in November 2014.
The interview was very casual and more of a "get to know you" experience. In fact, the first thing the recruiter told me was " Tell me something about yourself that's not on this.", referring to my resume. In my opinion, the interview was going very well, so I was surprised when I never heard back from them.
