401 K match, training allocations, technology fund, and awesome All Hands meetings that were actually really fun ans festive! CEO, IT, Finance and HR staff were very supportive.
Operations leadership and Program Managers were really, really awful when I worked there. Heard it's much much better now (since the CEO fired all the weak links and made the company employee owned.).
Advice to Management
Regular 360 feedback with employees in HQ and in the field would be handy to weed out the rotten leaders.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Prosync (Ellicott City, MD) in June 2016.
Very professional and relevant. The interview was promptly scheduled after my phone screen. The interview was conducted by panel in a neat and professional conference room. I was asked numerous questions and allowed to ask as many questions as I wanted. I did not feel rushed and was allowed to expand on answers as much as I felt necessary.
