"My journey started with working from home for that first week to give me the foundations that I needed for this job role. I have now been working in the Lancaster store for some time along side Matt and his team who have been excellently guided by Andy Fletcher. Everyone has made it so easy to learn a seemingly overwhelming amount. Credit where credit is due and region 2 from my experience is where credit should be. To the people I know I'd just say it's a great place to work for you to just be you. There is not pressure from anyone to be anything that you are not and the company give you the tools you need to do the best kind of work your way. He told us about his career so far with Carpetright: "I started my role as a part-time advisor at Carpetright in July 2021 while pursuing my Master's in Global Business. I transitioned from a part-time advisor to a full-time advisor upon completing my studies, subsequently progressing to the role of Deputy Manager. This progression continued as I advanced to the position of Store Manager and, eventually, assumed the responsibilities of an interim multi-site manager.
