      Stay away from here!! Clueless leadership and constant layoffs.

      At the stage the company is in currently, absolutely none.

      Cons

      Completely clueless leadership, laid off thousands of talented individuals and replaced with nepo hires in India by a CTO with a proven history of destroying companies. Constant layoffs since they don’t have ideas to innovate and have to keep showing a strong bottom line for the eventual IPO. Highly dissatisfied employees just waiting to be laid off or on the lookout for their next role. Absolutely would not recommend joining this place at this point of time.

      Pros

      Good industry domain and lots to learn. Many products in Nielsen to work with and manage.

      Cons

      It's a complete mess and chaotic. The environment is toxic. Too much micromanagement across functions. It's in a cycle of firing and hiring constantly. Poor vision form the leadership. Zero work life balance.
