    Pros

Large district, lots of options for sites.

    Cons

State is cutting spending, and new hires are Tier 3. They have terrible a retirment plan. New hires will have to work until they die without retiring.

    I worked at ASD part-time

    Pros

ASD is a pretty laid back place to work. Everyone seems super nice and friendly. It is a small place so you get to know everyone pretty quick.

    Cons

There are not a whole lot of cons really. You can come in as early as you want to which was always good for me. It was a good place.
