      International business is a joke -- beware!

      Generous salary Nice benefits (including 40% off discount for employees) Annual bonus 401K Company still viewed as "cool" by outsiders (despite being run by a team of clueless middle managers)

      First time in my professional career I've ever seen this sort of back stabbing and cattiness People who get rewarded aren't the ones working hard or coming up with great ideas Company's shaky financial reports led to a lot of internal speculation and paranoia Great job for younger people who don't mind the workload, stress and hours (especially during "peak") If you're working in an international office then forget about job stability or having a budget to work with

      Pressure and stress that might cause you anxiety and affect your mental health even after leaving the job! They offer 21.5 to 22k for a full time job that’s going to take your time and soul. Very poor training and managers are impatient and arrogant just cause they know how to use excel. The only people who are not white and British are the cleaners. No opportunities for growth based on your performance but if you chat and gossip with the manager then you might get promoted. No support form managers or Am.
