      Span of Knowledge to be gained. Learning applied processes to challenges. Huge potential to apply and grow one's own abilities to be productive and collaborative. Great work culture and ethics. LPs are actually applied!:) incredible to know and humbling to see that in action.

      Ambiguity of delivery which could also be exciting for some. Too many competing priorities
