In the past the solutions and teams were the pros; however now with changes afoot and moving all Customer Success functions to India it makes it hard to drive value in a solution that needs constant hand-holding for value.
Cons
Management challenges and not focused on doing what's right for the customer. Driven only by bottom line now.
