- Gross negligence for employee work life balance. - Empty promises of advancement, salary increase, incentive security etc., from day one. - Fake personal relationships internal & external; consider this a place of work to build your own business connects, wait out any signed agreements & build on your own terms. - HEAVY micromanagement, can't express this enough, you WILL need to document every key stroke of entry on the provided ARK equipment. - Be prepared to be berated in front of your co-workers on a regular basis. - Lack of accountability from Sales staff, back-office resorts to picking up all the slack for over 200 employees. - On any given day the entire system can break down & it's all the back-office's fault to recover. - So much finger pointing of blame when things go wrong. - Expectation of knowledge exceeds any written or verbal communication of work. - Your time will be spent justifying each breath & word spoken to any member on or offsite. Specifically emails to ARK clients. - Lack of communication. Your supervisor will tell you one thing, hide important information from you and then a code 5 alert will be rung to fix a mistake made by Supervisor lack of communication. - You better have a memory like an elephant not to mention the ability to take word for word meeting notes in order to forecast what the Management team neglects to instruct.

CEO is highly Unstable - Needs Psychiatric Help and anger management asap. Him and his wife run this company with 4 employees in the states and 100 in India. You will be micromanaged to a level that you have never experienced. Tracking software on your computer, CEO checks call logs, notes, scrutinizes minute details that are irrelevant. Most arrogant individual I have ever encountered - loves to belittle people and treats people like trash. He is also very stingy and threatens your job every single time he talks to you even if you are doing nothing wrong.. Trust me you do not want to work here. There is a reason why there are 5 employees in the states and this company has been around for 22 years. That means no one can tolerate this behavior - he is borderline psychotic. Don't let these fake comments fool you those are written by people in India who are forced to write good comments or they will be fired. The owner of this company has mood swings like he's bipolar and threatens everyone. Even the employees who have been there for years cant stand him. Dont let him fool you into going to work there. Most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. He will call you at random hours for no reason at 7am 7pm.. The culture at this company is a culture of fear - no one talks to each other because they are in fear that they will be fired and they are prohibited from interacting with others. This company was the worse decision I ever made in my professional career and I don't say that lightly. Be ready to be insulted, harassed and ridiculed by Anuj Khurama the CEO. This company has no future and you should stay away from here at all cost. There isn't a single positive thing to say about the entire company. And no this is not a disgruntled employee.. everyone thinks so. People quit and get fired constantly and there is no clear path to a brighter future. Also they will not pay your commission.. they use excel to track commission and they are using quickbooks. For a company that claims to make 19million in revenue - this is complete amateur hour; they will also change your initial agreement without notice or an explanation and also they don't pay commission as promised; they will say you get paid too much on your salary which directly contradicts the initial agreement and if you're a sales person and you don't get commission.. why waste your time and work there? Also sometimes they forget to pay your commission..because they are either running a scam or operating in a highly unorganized manner. That is if you get any commission in the first place. KPI's are purposely built to prevent you from reaching your goals so no commission gets paid out..This is systematic and done on purpose.. Even if you reach them they will tell you - you could've done better; and you're too stupid to see the big picture. All departments are based out of India - HR has no idea what the hell they are going or understand employment practices in the United States. Complete amateur hour. The CEO Anuj Khurana will make your life a living hell. Read all the negative comments if you don't believe me. The CEO will micro manager everyone and everything; no departments excluded. Please don't waste your time. This guys is a monster.. a pathetic human being that needs professional help or needs to be put in psychiatric hospital. He is the most two faced person you will ever meet.. He comes across as very knowledgeable leader during the interview process; but once you start and get to know the real person get ready to suffer and start looking for your next job.
