I have been working at CORT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great culture that seems very familial in nature, even though it has over 2500 employees!
Pay is competitive, and the benefits are great!
HR is very knowledgeable and willing to help understand HR related topics.
    The people are AWESOME!

I have been working at CORT full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Major focus on customer satisfaction. What I learned at Cort is that there are no excuses only solutions. I learned to be proactive instead of reactive. Management is one of the best I have worked with. Everyone at CORT shares the same one common goal.

    Cons

For the most part none. If I had to pick one it would be limited upward mobility.
