If you are a non-Bumi, career progression will be a problem. Another thing is many of the senior management like yes men, so if you're not and are not willing to take any s**t from them, this is not the place for you. The whole time I was here I had a lot of seniors telling me that this is a 'retirement company', and I felt it when I had a lot of initiatives that I wanted to do for Celcom products but nobody is willing to support or drive them even with a concrete business case. Most top management are too comfortable with where they are now.
