Pros
Pay is good, coworkers are great. If you need extra hours they are good at communicating with other stores in the area that may need help. Time seems to fly when working - as you are always busy, always thinking about the next shift!
Cons
The pay is good for what you do; you may get paid twice as much as similar positions at other stores but you work three times as hard. Unfortunately there is not much movement available since the staff is so lean. They always want more and more for the same compensation. I wouldn't say the benefits such as insurance are great, they could certainly be better, I actually paid and kept my wife's insurance while working there.
