- Everyone at Addepar is intelligent and driven. - Employees are given room to explore, build and innovate. - Loads of perks: everything from free food/laundry/etc. to an entire "dreamatorium" (nap room). Perhaps the best thing about Addepar is knowing that you're working on one of the biggest problems in the global economy today. The work is challenging, but the benefits to global finance are tremendous.
Cons
Because everyone at Addepar understands the market opportunity -- you are expected to work hard. Fortunately, the culture inspires a sense of brotherhood that makes the hard work enjoyable.
