Pros
You get the job the next day and that's the only pro I can think off
Cons
You don't receive your pay and you can constantly phone (on the number they give you on your day 0) then and they will keep saying we will look into it and get back to you, they never phone back and no matter how often you harass them you can go weeks without pay, the head office phone number is a duff (if you try phone then it will just ring out). It looks like Adecco doesn't have the money to pay there staff or it's a con, if you want to work at Amazon I advise you go with PMP, I myself am still waiting for my pay from the last few weeks though Adecco and don't seem to be getting anywhere and I have been phoning the giving number (01383 749505) everyday time and time again and they keep saying we will phone you back yet never do, I have also been going to there office in Amazon and had no luck there. The best way to get your pay is take legal action. If you are going with Adecco or with Adecco currently good luck.
