Pros
- Commission was quiet good - Big name so good for selling to clients - Loved the team I worked with - Some great senior management who were very supportive
Cons
- Preach about LGBTQ but during my time my old manager would not put trans people forward for a job as he said ' you can't put that in front of clients'. I also heard one of the consultants call someone the n-word. This person still works for the business. Its when I decided to move on from the business. It puts a bitter taste in my mouth when I see the business preaching BLM and LGBTQ on social when I have had these experiences. I wish I had spoken up but I was so young and naive at the time. - Really it was the people that ruined it for me, my old manager lied to us about an award we worked so hard to get. Also would take credit for works from the team.
