10yGreat thoughts - thank you for sharing them (please keep 'em coming...). Your observations re: some mid-level turnover are appreciated; start-ups and competing against the range of firms we do isn't for everyone. The key is to recognize this early and make the needed adjustments before any misalignment affects the broader team. Having such a broad portfolio that is strong in multiple areas puts a lot of pressure on everyone, but that's why we're so picky on our team members; this team is for up for the challenge!
