      Good pay and benefits. Some good tech.

      Cons

      Where to start-very political and seriously lacking in diversity in leadership. Does rolling layoffs every year. Lots of silos between departments. Lacks real career growth unless very early talent.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
