Pros

Pay and vacation was decent, colleagues were nice

Cons

Very corporate, KPI's not necessarily reflective of performance, pushed to blame hotel partners for any mistakes in availability and/or pricing, encouraged to also not respect hotel cancellation policies when communicating on behalf of customer.
