Pros

The colleagues were really good, smart and friendly people. We had free lunch.

Cons

The management is very young and not experienced. The work shifts in the London office are unbearable and underpaid. The salary is not enough to live in London. You are treated like a child, you don't have time to go to the bathroom other than the 2 fifteen minutes break, they don't have any flexibility in regards to the breaks. They are always suspicious if you ask for a sick day. The management made lots of promises and they didn't follow up on any.
