      1. Onsite opportunity as far as the work you are doing is not of concern to you 2. Work-life balance 3. Nice training programs both internal and external 4. Lay-ed back work culture

      1. Tremendous favouritism and office politics 2. Un-professional and un-talented upper management starting from your manager 3. If you are a techie then you would always in a soup 4. Illogical feedback to hold you from promotion and apprisle

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
