      All top management peoples were Tamilians. A nightmare for other language people. 2 years bond for freshers with minimal wage, you will be treated as bonded labour. Absolutely no no for freshers, with a bond breakage amount of 1.5 – 2 lakhs INR Poor infrastructure. Very strict timings have to stay in office for 9.5hrs even for bench resource No hikes for 3-4 years for freshers. They revised salary for freshers and take home becomes further lesser. Poor policies, Frequent Firing, Bad Management, Bad HR

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
