      Pros

      CSC has employee friendly environment and there are lots of opportunity to go onsite but definitely you should be good performer. No issue with cab.

      Cons

      Salary hike is not good or it depends on your performance and relations with the lead and manager. Medical policy is not so good. Stand by and night shift allowance are very very less in case u do. On site pay on L1 split roll is not good as they do ask to return the tax amount which we get.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
