We are disappointed to read your comments and we do listen to all feedback, including on this forum. We also encourage all employees to share their feedback internally through the variety of channels available. In terms of strategy and workforce planning, we recently launched our FY23 objectives and took all employees through this at our recent UK Town Hall. We are also about to launch a Resourcing and Mobility Charter in an employee forum next week. We would encourage any employee with questions, suggestions or concerns to reach out to one of our Partners, their coach, manager or HR to discuss.
