Pros
It's an idea place if you are NOT looking for a career in consulting or any intellectual stimulation whatsoever. A fitting place if you have a monotone robotic mindset and prefers to sit around with no purpose and get paid! There should be a tripadvisor review as this firm can be insanely entertaining.
Cons
The employment contract should really have a mental health warning clause as it forces you to doubt your own sanity. Nothing at this firm makes any business, strategic or common sense, e.g. - toxic people gets praised and rewarded systematically - majority of promotions are based on political alignment and fluffed up sales pipeline that magically disappears after promotion cycle ends - promotion of local dictatorial management with no expertise apart from bakery perhaps - a leadership team with no concrete regional business network complimented by a team of sales who doesn't know how to generate leads or know how to sell - forcing competent groups of consultants with actual network and expertise out the door to meet some figures on an excel - usefulness of Operations and HR are non-existent, best at passing the buck The list goes on, it's surreal beyond belief.
